WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE OFFER

The decision to start personal therapy is not always an easy one, and everybody has a different reason for wanting to attend therapy. It may be recent circumstances which have caused you upset, stress or discomfort, or life long issues which you now feel you would like to address. It may be that you are feeling uncertain, or stuck, and not entirely sure the cause of such feelings.

Work with a qualified therapist means that you can explore in a safe environment  the presenting issues, so you can develop a better understanding of yourself and your life. With this understanding hopefully you can make alternative decisions and move forward with a renewed positive mental wellbeing.
